Who we are
ServerJuggler sets up and maintains web apps on servers you own. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].
What we store
- Invite requests: the name, email address and message you send us from the landing page.
- Your account: email address and a hashed password, or the identity from Google / GitHub if you sign in with them, and passkeys (public keys only).
- Credentials you add: API tokens for your hosting, DNS and backup providers, so ServerJuggler can act on your behalf. Provider tokens are stored encrypted.
- Your servers: addresses, settings of the apps you install, resource metrics, monitoring results and the activity log of what ServerJuggler did on them.
Your sites' content and visitor data stay on your own server. Traffic reports are generated on demand from your server's logs and are not kept by us.
Cookies
Only what signing in needs: a session cookie and, after you sign in, a login cookie that lasts 14 days. No advertising, no third-party trackers. Fonts and assets are served from our own server.
Visitor statistics
Visits to this website (serverjuggler.com) are counted with GoatCounter, which we run on our own server. It records the page, the referring site, the browser and screen size and the country, without cookies; your IP address is not stored. The ServerJuggler app itself is not tracked.
Who else sees your data
- The providers you connect (for example your VPS, DNS or backup storage provider) receive the requests needed to manage your resources there, under their own privacy terms.
- Google or GitHub, if you choose to sign in with them.
- Our email delivery service, for the emails we send you (account, alerts).
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].
